Where can I find the best rate?

Our best available rate is through our website. Check out our available dates and current rates here.

How can I view or edit my reservation?

Use this link to view, modify, or cancel your reservation.

Are pets allowed? Are there restrictions for weight, height or types?

Yes, we gladly welcome up to two pets per room.

Pets must weigh no more than 40 pounds to be permitted to stay at Casa Loma. We ask that you please inform us prior to arrival that you will be traveling with your pet (or pets). A Pet Waiver must be completed and submitted to our Guest Services, and a $100 non-refundable pet deposit per stay will be charged upon check-in. The fee will be waived for service animals.

Prior to arriving, please be aware of our pet policies and amenities. Please note, restricted breeds include Pit Bulls and Pit Bull mixes.

What does the Nightly Amenity Fee include?

The nightly amenity fee of $35.00 + tax includes the following:

  • Unlimited high-speed wireless internet access
  • Daily wine hour on Pacific Terrace 5PM-6PM
  • Fresh coffee served in the Lobby each morning
  • Fresh-baked cookies & milk in the Lobby each evening
  • In-room coffee provided daily
  • Newspaper available in the lobby each morning Monday through Friday
  • Beach amenities including: towels, chairs, umbrellas, buckets and shovels
What is check in/check out time?
Check in is at 4pm local time.
Check out is at 11am local time.
Do you charge for parking?

Yes, there is a charge of $45 per vehicle, per night.

Do you have beach amenities for guest use?

Yes.  Included in our nightly resort fee are beach amenities including: towels, chairs, umbrellas, buckets and shovels.

Do you have a pool?

Yes, the pool is open from 9:00am to 9:00pm.

Do you have a fitness center?

No, but we would suggest checking out Laguna Health Club.

Do you have a spa or salon?

No, but here are a few we would suggest:

Do you have poolside cabanas for rent?

No, we do not have cabanas.

What is the minimum age to check in?
You must be at least 21 years of age to check-in.

Do you have rollaways?

No, we do not have rollaways.

Do you have cribs/pack-n-plays?

Yes, they are both by request and based on availability.
There is no additional charge.

I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?
We are unable to modify or cancel third-party reservations.
Please contact the company directly that you confirmed with.
What is the cancellation policy?

For those who have purchased our flexible leisure rates, our cancellation policy is 7-days prior to arrival. Guests who notify us within our cancellation window or do not arrive on the scheduled arrival date will be charged one night’s room rate with tax.

Please note, the cancellation policy does not pertain to any group-related reservations, pre-paid reservations, or special rates.

Can I request an early check-in?

Early arrivals are based on availability on day of arrival. Please call 949-497-9722 prior to your arrival for more information.

Do you offer ADA Accessible rooms?

What are Book Direct Benefits?

We offer exclusive perks for guests who book directly by calling our hotel or reserving on our website. Our Book Direct Benefits include the following:

All benefits are per stay. 

I found a better rate on another site, do you offer price matching?

The best rate is right here! Our Price Match Guarantee is available when a lower rate is found on a public website with the same stay conditions*.

To be eligible for Price Match Guarantee, a Reservations Specialist will need to locate and verify the live rate over the phone. We advise not to book the lower rate until speaking with a Reservations Specialist. Price Match Guarantee will only be honored by our Reservations Team who may be reached by contacting 800-544-4479.

*Stay conditions must include same hotel (Casa Loma / 211 N. Coast Highway, Laguna Beach, California 92651), room type, guest count and dates of stay. Rate must be publically accessible and available to book. Our Price Match Guarantee is not applicable to packages, special rates or advance purchase offers. Price Match Guarantee may not be applied to existing reservations booked directly at Casa Loma. Price Match is not applicable for all 3rd party sites

Policies

What is your smoking policy?

Casa Loma is smoke-free hotel. This includes smoking of any kind, including but not limited to tobacco, vaping, e-cigarettes, and marijuana. Please note that a cleaning fee of $400 per room, or more, will be charged to guests who choose to smoke in our guest rooms.

According to California Health & Safety Code section 11362.3, it is illegal for any person(s) to smoke marijuana in a public place.
According to Ordinance 1624, in the city of Laguna Beach, it is prohibited to smoke (of any kind) in Public Areas. This includes but not limited to public beaches and beach access ways, parks, outdoor eating areas, public transportation, and more.
